In the development of Uzbekistan’s economy, the expansion of foreign trade relations, and the improvement of logistics processes in line with modern requirements, Uzbekistan GTL LLC has achieved another important milestone. The plant has been recognized as the first enterprise in the country’s oil and gas sector to obtain the Customs Operator Certificate.
In line with the experience-sharing seminar program aimed at developing a safety culture across the departments and enterprises of Uzbekneftegaz JSC, on September 30 the seminar participants visited the Uzbekistan GTL LLC plant.
In line with the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On measures to establish an education–production cluster in the oil and gas sector”, today the students of Specialized Secondary School No. 74 in Guzar district visited the Uzbekistan GTL plant.
In accordance with the work plan of the Republican Interdepartmental Commission for ensuring the security of critically important and categorized facilities of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and following the instruction of Uzbekneftgaz JSC, the demonstration exercises were held at the Chinaz Terminal of Uzbekistan GTL LLC.
In order to gain international experience, strengthen their professional potential, and acquire knowledge aimed at improving production efficiency, 8 young specialists from the Preventive Maintenance Planning Department of the Uzbekistan GTL plant successfully completed training at Flowserve facilities in Germany and the Netherlands.
The management of Uzbekistan GTL LLC consistently places special emphasis on supporting young professionals and fostering the implementation of their initiatives. Among the important initiatives in this regard are the regularly held the “Leaders and Youth” meetings.
On September 9–11, the city of Samarkand hosted the 12th International “Downstream Central Asia & Caspian” Business Summit.
Navruz Sultonov, PhD in Engineering, Innovation Manager of Uzbekistan GTL LLC, has been appointed as the sole responsible expert on behalf of Uzbekistan for development of interstate GOST standards in the oil and gas sector.
As part of the 12th International “Downstream Central Asia & Caspian” Business Summit, the delegation of Uzbekneftgaz JSC held meetings with executives of various foreign companies.
A working group consisting of specialists from JSC “Uzbekneftgaz” visited the “Uzbekistan GTL” LLC plant to review the activities being carried out within the framework of preparations for the 2025–2026 autumn–winter season.
