A Leader and Youth Meeting Held at Uzbekistan GTL LLC

The management of Uzbekistan GTL LLC consistently places special emphasis on supporting young professionals and fostering the implementation of their initiatives. Among the important initiatives in this regard are the regularly held the “Leaders and Youth” meetings.

As part of this initiatives, the most recent meeting was held with the participation of the Enterprise’s CEO, A. Bakhadirov, who met with young professionals that had successfully passed their final exams as winners of the scholarship program and were subsequently employed by the enterprise.

The meeting was held in an atmosphere of open dialogue. The young specialists asked questions of interest, put forward their suggestions and initiatives, while the Enterprise’s CEO responded to all questions with depth and clarity, highlighting the special role of knowledge and skills in leadership. He also offered valuable guidance, drawing upon his personal life experience.
