Uzbekistan GTL LLC Young Specialists Completed Training in Germany and the Netherlands
In order to gain international experience, strengthen their professional potential, and acquire knowledge aimed at improving production efficiency, 8 young specialists from the Preventive Maintenance Planning Department of the Uzbekistan GTL plant successfully completed training at Flowserve facilities in Germany and the Netherlands.
During the training, participants:
- studied the operating principles of pumps and their sealing systems;
- learned about compressors and their sealing systems;
- gained knowledge in production quality control;
- studied materials and their classifications;
- explored pipeline planning and construction design;
- practiced identifying and eliminating seal failures;
- and familiarized themselves with auxiliary systems, drawings, and material specifications.
In practical sessions, participants deepened their skills in detecting malfunctions, preventing failures, as well as equipment installation and dismantling processes.
A separate focus of the training was dedicated to quality control, gas sealing systems, and modern approaches to ensuring industrial safety. Visits to Flowserve production workshops provided young specialists with the opportunity to closely observe the manufacturing processes of advanced technologies that are also applied at the Uzbekistan GTL plant.
