An educational visit to the “Uzbekistan GTL” plant was organized for young employees of enterprises under the system of JSC “Uzbekneftegaz”.

JSC “Uzbekneftegaz” regularly organizes excursions to production facilities to comprehensively support young specialists, enhance their practical skills, and familiarize them with the operations of enterprises and plants within the system.

In this regard, the latest excursion was held at the “Uzbekistan GTL” LLC plant. Young employees from various subsidiaries and enterprises of the system took part in the visit.

The program began with an introductory safety briefing. Participants were then presented with a detailed overview covering the plant’s design stages, its development up to the present day, production capacities, and technological features.

Following the presentation, the visitors, accompanied by responsible specialists, toured the main production areas, technological processes, and equipment. They also had the opportunity to learn about the operation of the Central Control Room.

During the excursion, participants visited the Central Laboratory, where they took part in practical experiments. In particular, they observed how Arctic diesel fuel retains its physical and chemical properties even at –40°C.

At the end of the event, a roundtable discussion was held, during which young specialists received comprehensive answers to their questions.

Such excursions create valuable opportunities for young professionals to enhance their competencies, exchange experience, and contribute to the further development of the oil and gas industry.
