Baratov Nurbek Umarali o‘g‘li, HR Analyst of Human Resources Department, has successfully completed his MBA (Master of Business Administration) degree at the International University of Japan from 2023 to 2025.
This prestigious educational opportunity was made possible through the JDS (Japanese Grant Aid for Human Resource Development Scholarship), funded by the Japan International Cooperation Center (JICE).
Over the course of this two-year program, Nurbek acquired practical knowledge and skills in the following key areas:
