Uzbekistan GTL Hosts Seminar on the National Population Census

As part of preparations for the national population and agricultural census to be conducted in the Republic of Uzbekistan from 15 January to 28 February 2026, in accordance with Presidential Decree No. PF-173 dated 19 September 2025, a seminar was held today at the Uzbekistan GTL plant.

The seminar was conducted by representatives of the Statistics Department of Kashkadarya Region. During the event, employees were provided with detailed explanations on the procedure for online registration via the census.stat.uz portal using the OneID system, the stages of the census process, and the legal guarantees ensuring the confidentiality of personal data.

Participants were also informed about the importance of the census, the structure of the questionnaire, and the mandatory nature of participation for state bodies and organizations.

For reference: under the Presidential Decree, state bodies and organizations are required to ensure that all employees complete online registration via census.stat.uz between 15 and 31 January 2026.
