On the Activities of the Supervisory Board of Uzbekistan GTL LLC

On July 7, the renewed Supervisory Board of Uzbekistan GTL LLC held an introductory review of the Plant’s operations, followed by a formal Board meeting.

Key agenda items included election of the Supervisory Board’s Chair and Secretary, and the launch of efforts to develop a comprehensive Transformation Program.

The Board members also exchanged views on further improving the corporate governance system, developing operational models, introducing international financial reporting standards, financial modeling, enhancing operational efficiency, as well as development of the Transformation Program that includes introduction of environmental, social, and corporate governance (ESG) principles.

During the site tour, the Supervisory Board members, accompanied by the Enterprise’s specialists, explored the production processes, visited the Central Laboratory and process units, and observed the workplace and social conditions provided for the personnel.
