Discussed New Opportunities for Cooperation with the Bank of Japan
The management of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" held a meeting with representatives of the Japanese "MUFG Bank Ltd" to explore the prospects for bilateral cooperation and financing proposals.
During the meeting, the bank's representatives were introduced to the achievements of the company, its ongoing transformation processes, economic stability, and reforms in its projects.
Additionally, the discussion covered joint projects with foreign banks and the possibility of providing loans in Japanese yen.
The bank's indicative proposals for financing the purchase of equipment from the People's Republic of China under the insurance coverage of Export Credit Agencies (ECA) and the project timeline were also reviewed.
Following the negotiations, representatives of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" expressed their interest in expanding ties with "MUFG Bank Ltd" to finance joint projects.
