A meeting was held with representatives of a major bank in the United Arab Emirates
The management of Uzbekneftegaz JSC and Uzkimyosanoat JSC held talks with representatives of ADCB Bank.
Reference: Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank is the third largest financial institution in the Emirates.
The meeting provided detailed information on the results achieved by the Companies, ongoing transformation processes, economic stability and ongoing reforms under the projects.
During the talks, the parties discussed various opportunities to increase lending volumes.
In particular, issues of further development of cooperation with the bank by creating a revolving credit line or expanding agreements between the parties were considered.
The responsible persons of the bank expressed their readiness to assist in financing Uzbekneftegaz JSC in all areas of activity in 2025.
It should be noted that the relations between JSC Uzbekneftegaz and ADCB were established in the club agreement in such areas as lending and issuing Eurobonds.
The bank performs such important tasks as assessing the issue of Eurobonds, determining the price, attracting investors, organizing presentations, coordinating the placement process, distribution and agreements with investors.
Following the meeting, the parties expressed interest in further expanding cooperation.
