Negotiations Held with Chinese Partners
Today, a meeting was held between the founders of the joint venture LLC "Asia Trans Gas" – the management of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" and the Chinese company "Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd."
During the negotiations, it was emphasized that the establishment and operation of LLC "Asia Trans Gas" play a significant role as a result of the close cooperation between Uzbekistan and China. It was also noted that this project is of mutual interest to both countries.
The parties reviewed the achievements of the joint venture over the past years, its performance in the current year, and the tasks and goals set for the future. The proposal of the Chairman of the Board of "Trans-Asia Gas Pipeline Co. Ltd" regarding more efficient operations of the joint venture, cost savings for 2025, and a revision of the business plan was approved by the management of the Society.
Following the meeting, it was decided that a protocol of the founders would be approved, addressing the discussed issues and their implementation, which will outline specific tasks related to the activities of the joint venture.
Additionally, an agreement was reached to hold negotiations with the heads of major enterprises in the oil and gas industry of the People's Republic of China for further analysis and discussion of joint projects.
