Negotiations were held between the management of “Uzbekneftegaz” JSC and representatives of the Malaysian company “Five Petroleum”
During the meeting, the prospects for the joint implementation of the "Digital Core" project were discussed. This project envisions a comprehensive approach to obtaining, systematically storing, and processing digital images of rock samples.
The representatives of "Five Petroleum" expressed their interest in cooperation and stated that they would conduct a detailed analysis of Uzbekistan’s infrastructure capabilities.
As a result of the meeting, a conceptual proposal for the project will be prepared in collaboration with "Uzgeofizika" JSC, "UzLITIneftegaz" JSC and the Ministry of Mining Industry and Geology of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
The parties agreed to strengthen the mutual partnership and expand cooperation in promising areas.
The guests were also introduced to the "Modeling" and "Drilling Management" Centers established within the "Uzbekneftegaz" JSC, as well as the ongoing digitalization projects.
