Uzbekneftegaz Delegation Participates in Uzbekistan Investor Day
The delegation of JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" took part in the "Uzbekistan Investor Day" event, organized jointly with "Raiffeisen Bank International" and "Finasia Capital" in London.
This event was held to facilitate ongoing engagement and dialogue between major Uzbek organizations and the international investment community. During the event, the Uzbekneftegaz delegation held a series of meetings and negotiations with international banks, leading investment firms, institutional investors, and Eurobond holders.
Notably, representatives from major companies such as "Mesarete Capital, Ashmore," "J.P. Morgan Asset Management," "Finistere, Morgan Stanley Investment Management," "Abrdeen," and "Candriam" actively participated in the event.
During the meetings, company representatives provided detailed information on corporate reforms, transformation processes, financial performance, and future projects.
Additionally, discussions covered the company's sustainable development efforts and its adherence to ESG standards.
New approaches in hydrocarbon extraction were highlighted, along with the results achieved in developing complex reserves with the involvement of international partners.
Furthermore, company representatives and investors exchanged views on new Eurobond issuance plans, gas tariffs, capital expenditure allocation, state guarantees, and dividend policy.
As a result of the event, preliminary agreements were reached to further strengthen cooperation between JSC "Uzbekneftegaz" and international investors, enhance investment activity, and reinforce the company’s image in the global financial market.
