Young Specialists advanced their skills in Europe
Eight young specialists from the Uzbekistan GTL LLC plant participated in international trainings at Flowserve’s plants located in Germany and the Netherlands, enhancing their professional skills.
During the training, they gained comprehensive knowledge of pumps, compressors, and pipeline designs, including their engineering, technical drawings, and auxiliary systems.
In practical sessions, they learned how to identify and troubleshoot equipment malfunctions, carry out preventive maintenance effectively, and perform installation and dismantling of machinery.
An important part of the training focused on quality control, gas sealing systems, and modern approaches to industrial safety. Visits to Flowserve’s production units provided the specialists with the opportunity to observe firsthand the advanced technologies applied at the Uzbekistan GTL Plant.
