Let's distinguish two main audiences for the start

1. Those who have the means to buy. Offers with the cost, ~ the payback period, the benefits of buying (residence permit), the advantages of location and our service (payment via cryptocurrency, 0% commission, online demonstrations, etc.).

2. Those who are interested in installments. Offers with an indication of the down payment and the amount that begins a monthly payment, a selection of objects, guarantees, deadlines

The main purpose: to get contact information

We will use 2 advertising strategies for this: lead generation and traffic to the quiz site.

In the first case, there will be an accent on photo/video materials with a clear indication of the offer - what a person will receive by leaving their contacts, for example: to book an apartment for the starting price directly from the developer.

In the second case we will focus on bonuses, personal selection of apartments and catalogs. To get it, person has to answer 2-4 questions and then leave his contact information. This is how we get warmed up potential buyers who are really interested in buying a property
