What are Syndicates for? What do I get for joining a Syndicate?
A Syndicate is a group of multiple DAOs. The main advantage of Syndicates is the Mega-Farm feature, which allows members to earn even more $DAO tokens by activating a 5x multiplier during a specific time period
What is Mega-farm? Why is it important? How often can I participate?
Mega-farm is the main feature of Syndicates. The Syndicate owner sets a time period during which any member of that Syndicate can open TONxDAO and vibe with a 5x multiplier, boosting both their personal token balance and the Syndicate’s balance
Mega-farm lasts for just 30 minutes and can be accessed once every 24 hours
Are there any benefits for the creator of a Syndicate?
The Syndicate creator doesn’t have any additional gameplay advantages over regular Syndicate members. However, the Syndicate owner can customize it (set the Mega-farm time, change the name and avatar of the Syndicate, merge multiple Syndicates they own into one, and delete the Syndicate)

How do I join a specific Syndicate?
It’s simple: open the “Syndicates” tab at the bottom of the app, click the blue “Find” button, and type the exact name of the Syndicate you want to join. It will then appear in the list – click on it, and you’ll see the information page for that Syndicate. To join, click the “Join Syndicate” button and cast your vote in the pop-up voting window. All other DAO members must also vote for joining the Syndicate
How do I leave a Syndicate?
To do this, go to your Syndicate’s page in the “Syndicates” tab and click the gray “Leave Syndicate” button. This will start a vote where you need to cast your vote to leave. Once all DAOs in your Syndicate have voted, the voting will be finished, and your DAO will leave the Syndicate
If I leave a Syndicate, will it affect my DAO?
No, if you leave a Syndicate, it won’t impact your DAO, and everything will remain as it is
How long does the voting process for joining or leaving a Syndicate last?
The voting process lasts 24 hours. The voting mechanism for Syndicates is exactly the same as for DAOs. If a quorum of 51% (meaning more than half of the Syndicate members vote) is reached before the 24 hours are up, the vote will end early
How do I adjust the settings of my Syndicate (set or change the Mega-farm time*, change the name and avatar of the Syndicate)?
If you created your Syndicate using a group chat, after adding our Syndicate Bot (@tonxdao_syndicate_bot) as an administrator in that group chat, it will send a message with all the necessary instructions and commands for setting up your Syndicate
If you created your Syndicate using a Telegram channel, go to our Syndicate Bot @tonxdao_syndicate_bot and click “Start,” or send the /start command again to activate the bot and receive further setup instructions
To change the Syndicate’s avatar or name, simply update the avatar/name in the group chat or channel used when creating your Syndicate. To have the updated avatar/name reflected in the game, you’ll need to send the relevant update command in the Syndicate Bot
*You can set the Mega-farm time for the first time or change it at any point using the same command found in the first instruction message from the Syndicate Bot
How do I merge Syndicates if I have multiple group chats (and/or channels)?
Go to our Syndicate Bot @tonxdao_syndicate_bot, click “Start,” or send the /start command again. You will receive a list of commands to manage your Syndicates (including the command to merge your Syndicates) and a list of your created Syndicates with brief details (Syndicate name, group chat/channel link, Syndicate balance, and ID number)
To merge multiple Syndicates you own, use the following command in the bot: /syndicateMerge 246, 428, 654
(Where “246, 428, 654” are the IDs of the Syndicates you want to merge. These IDs can be found in the message listing your Syndicates sent by the bot after you start the dialogue)
What if I accidentally deleted the group chat/channel used to create my Syndicate? Can I still adjust the Syndicate settings and manage the Mega-farm time?
In this case, you won’t be able to change the avatar and name of the Syndicate or update its information, but the command to adjust the Mega-farm time will still be available. You can execute this command directly within the Syndicate Bot
Will there be additional rewards for the most active Syndicates?
Yes, there will be rewards. We will announce the “success” criteria for Syndicates a bit later
