The Swedish Institute Baltic Sea Region Program/Visby Program now has the pleasure to announce the scholarship call for the academic year 2012/2013 for talented students and researchers coming from Belarus, Estonia, Georgia, Latvia, Lithuania, Moldova, Poland, Russia and Ukraine for studies and research at universities in Sweden.
