Responsibilities:

• participation in Global & BU C&B Projects;
• leadership of C&B projects in Russia;
• manager of HR Admin processes (2 direct reports, outsoursing company for payroll);
• expats Management & Administration;
• job evaluation & support of existing grading system;
• salary review & bonuses calculation;
• participation in salary surveys, monitoring changes in the labour market related to compensations and benefits;
• development of C&B Policies;
• budgeting & controlling labour cost;
• acting as a Project Manager in HR systems development and integration (Success Factors, 1C, Employee Gate);
• Medical & Life insurance, well-being projects and flexible benefits programs leadership.

Requirements:

• higher education;
• C&B experience in the international companies from 3 years (C&B Manager/Analyst role);
• fundamental knowledge of HR labor code, HR administration processes;
• upper-Intermediate English (for communication with global colleagues).
