To be successful in this role you will have the following skills and experience:
Proven generalist operational Business Partnering experience;
Experience of working within a matrix/complex organization;
Experience of working with high-performance teams and ideally within the IT industry;
Strong communicator who is able to differentiate their approach to match audience requirements, and a confident ability to substantiate their views;
Team player & able to work on own initiative;
Comfortable with change & ambiguity as HR evolves across the business;
Excellent interpersonal skills. Listens as powerfully as they talk;
A genuine interest in helping the business to be successful and enriching our employee’s experience.
