People & Organization Business Partner в Novartis

Your responsibilities include but not limited:

  • Contributing to the development of a country/regional P&O agenda, and aligned with the global P&O strategy
  • Implementation and adaptation regional P&O plan in country organization
  • Providing counsel and strategic recommendations on the design and implementation of P&O services.
  • Managing the efficient implementation of P&O processes and programs across the region (i.e. Recruitment/ Selection, Rewards, Learning, Performance Management, Talent Management, Organization Development, Engagement)
  • Managing the development of manpower plans, ensuring optimal resource allocation
  • Providing change management support to transformation and restructuring efforts. -Manage personnel cost planning, monitoring periodic cost and productivity analyses
  • Managing the budget/resource allocation for the area of responsibility
  • Managing the performance and talent development of direct reports and contribute to talent development of indirect reports
  • Managing various P&O Projects

You would be a good match for this role, if you have:

  • Fluent English
  • Solid understanding of P&O;
  • Excellent cross functional skills
  • Bachelor's Degree (preferably in HR)
  • Similar job experience
