Career Development and Staffing Assistant в Boston Consulting Group
- Provide day-to-day Career Development (CD) support including requesting, chasing and tracking evaluations and upward feedback for consultants
- Ensure correct information on feedbacks is provided in CD Systems
- Prepare and update CD reports on weekly / monthly basis
- Maintain CD and HR data in CD programs, support BCG reporting requirements as needed (e.g. weekly / monthly CD statistics)
- Support CD Coordinator / Lead with CD Committees preparation process
- Manage ownership of staffing database (SAM): handle all required updates based other staffing team inputs; make sure system is up to date (staffing assignments, staffing confirmations, travel ability, non-working activities)
- Manage ownership of freecap planning worksheet, timely updates, weekly decisions’ communication to the respective parties.
- Work together with Finance team on accurate timesheet reporting (weekly timesheet report verification, monitoring missed timesheets, sharing info with the respective parties with correct billing data)
- Support in Staffing-Finance cooperation for time billings validation;
- Support in preparation of ad-hoc reporting/communication/analytics used in the staffing process and billability forecasting or requested by other departments;
- Support with accurate & timely updates of other staffing related databases & info sources: Navigator, CV database
- Work together with L&D department on accuracy & data sync with respect to CT learning plans
- Other involvement in ad-hoc projects.

YOU BRING (EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS)
- 6 months-1 year of experience within HR area
- University degree, concentration/certificate in HR or related field preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, positive personal and professional image, high standards of professional behavior and ethics
- Ability to perform individually and pro-actively
- Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and Russian
- Ability to work well under pressure respecting deadlines
- Proficient computer skills: Windows, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
