Develop cultural work plans that are consistent with the characteristics of the country/region in which the affiliates are located
Implement company-level cultural products, on the premises of aligning with its core expressions, carry out integration and innovation based on the country/region-wise characteristics, therefore the employees of affiliates will have a better experience of Cainiao culture and their sense of belonging will be enhanced.
Build effective cultural communication channels in overseas affiliates, keep the overseas affiliates and HQ well-connected and well-informed, enhance the communication skills of the employees of affiliates, develop localized products and channel features, with the aim of achieving information sharing and cultural development.
Promote the implementation of cultural support standards in overseas affiliates, empower BUs to build capacity in overseas cultural support, keep BUs visible to each other, and horizontally enhance the cultural synergy between BUs based on support scenarios.
Provide information related to public opinion and build up channels, timely provide overseas front-line information, make judgments and formulate corresponding decisions at BU/functional line level

Experience in a multi-cultural, multi-national environment
At least 1 year of related experience managing internal communication in large scale multi-national/Internet/Ecommerce/logistics industry is preferred
Knowledgeable in organizational culture domains including employee engagement and retention, organizational development, employee relations, and internal communications.
Good skills in Microsoft Office and Other computer skills are seen as an addition i.e. video editing, graphic design etc.
Good writing and speaking skills in English and Chinese
