Training and Development Manager в adidas
Responsibilities:
- Leading projects in Talent management: performance management, assessments, development programs, succession planning
- Design and drive the implementation of management learning products and services on the market on the topics mentioned above
- In cooperation with HR Partners ensure consistent, timely and seamless delivery and implementation of global core talent programs and solutions
- Analyze business demands and consult HR Partners with tailored talent management solutions for the identified business demands.
- In cooperation with the HR Partners co-facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g. Team development workshops and assessments etc.).
- Conduct trainings to HR Partners and Line Managers around feedback and coaching.
