Training and Development Manager в adidas

Responsibilities:

  • Leading projects in Talent management: performance management, assessments, development programs, succession planning
  • Design and drive the implementation of management learning products and services on the market on the topics mentioned above
  • In cooperation with HR Partners ensure consistent, timely and seamless delivery and implementation of global core talent programs and solutions
  • Analyze business demands and consult HR Partners with tailored talent management solutions for the identified business demands.
  • In cooperation with the HR Partners co-facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g. Team development workshops and assessments etc.).
  • Conduct trainings to HR Partners and Line Managers around feedback and coaching.
