Training and Development Manager в adidas

Responsibilities:

Leading projects in Talent management: performance management, assessments, development programs, succession planning
Design and drive the implementation of management learning products and services on the market on the topics mentioned above
In cooperation with HR Partners ensure consistent, timely and seamless delivery and implementation of global core talent programs and solutions
Analyze business demands and consult HR Partners with tailored talent management solutions for the identified business demands.
In cooperation with the HR Partners co-facilitate workshops and meetings (e.g. Team development workshops and assessments etc.).
Conduct trainings to HR Partners and Line Managers around feedback and coaching.
