What you will be responsible for:

Conduct yearly deep Commercial Capability Need analysis in order to identify the functional learning needs. Lead the development of a strong commercial capability strategy and plan, based on the market needs, external commercial trends & global insights.
Develop the required Commercial capability training content in close collaboration with the Global L&D team and external agency partners (where required).
Keep close relationship with External Training Providers to stay up to date on the the latest training offerings.
Build local Commercial Capability Faculties an provide support for the head of Faculties.
Ensure that trainings are brilliantly delivered with high focus on practical outcome, by the Leaders as Teachers Faculty (which is driven by the Capability Manager), external suppliers and/ or directly.
Own the end to end logistics management of the training plan from communication pre-event, co-facilitating in certain instances during the events and following up & reviewing post event for the commercial teams.
Own the KPI setting and tracking of the capability results and ensure plans are adjusted to deliver the right performance output for commercial roles.
Support the consolidation of the overall market capability agenda (incl. other functional capabilities, leadership & personal capabilities) and the communication and engagement on learning and development in partnership with the HR business Partners/L&D Lead .
Support in monitoring the Learning & Development Budget and ensure the right budget allocation based on needs priorities.

About You

7+ years of commercial experience, ideally with combination of Off-/On-Trade & Field Sales/National Accounts, Distibutor Management. Experience in a market or regional Capability role in an advantage.
Strong facilitation skills: comfortable delivering & facilitating content to large groups
Ability to influence and manage stakeholders across the organisation, from Global L&D team, external agency partners to market Leadership team & Field Sales teams
A problem solver; restless & agile – lives and breathes brilliant execution and redines for learning
