Key areas of responsibilities:

Perform a supporting work in respect of Insurance processes (Life Insurance and Voluntary Medical Insurance)
Review all Insurance related hard documentation: previous and current agreements with external vendors /addendums and applications, sort it out by year, periods and alphabetic order
Disassemble and prepare documentation for submission to the archive
Ensure the presence of data required to comply with the Federal Law No 152-FZ “On Individual Data”
Collect new relevant Beneficiary Statement forms for the new insurance period from all employees and file them for storage in personal folders
Email to employees reminders of application submission for enrollment to the Insurance Programs
Verify the number of employees: new comers, dismissed employees, employees in regions for preparing the Notifications of Changes in the list of insured individuals submitted to the Insurer
Verify the existence of People manager flag in Blue Pages
Provide employees with insurance policies, application forms and insurance certificates for travelling abroad
Assist with timely and proper benefit program communications to employees
Sending correspondence to IBM regional offices via the post office
Register the employees’ application related forms and filing paperwork.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Experienced in Excel; experience with other analytical tools such as SPSS would be a plus
Analytical skills; attentive to details, accuracy
English - Intermediate level and above
Good communication skills
