Talent Management & Organization Development Head в Novartis

Your responsibilities:

Contribute to the development of a country/regional TMOD strategy
Implement and adapt global/ regional TMOD strategy in the country organizations
Provide counsel, recommendations and OD and TM expertise to P&O managers and line clients, including Senior Management
Select, implement and manage effective and efficient organization wide processes and initiatives (e.g. Organizational change projects, Culture development, employee survey, Talking Talent sessions and OTR), aimed at building organizational capability
Propose Talent Management initiatives/actions based on OTR analysis and participate actively in their implementation
Build capability and readiness of the line management and P&O organization in change management skills, experience and expertise
Develop and deliver training and consulting on OD and TM techniques to P&O colleagues to improve the level of efficiency they provide to their clients
Manage the performance and talent development of direct reports and contribute to talent development of indirect reports -Manage various TMOD projects
