Talent Management & Organization Development Head в Novartis

Your responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of a country/regional TMOD strategy
  • Implement and adapt global/ regional TMOD strategy in the country organizations
  • Provide counsel, recommendations and OD and TM expertise to P&O managers and line clients, including Senior Management
  • Select, implement and manage effective and efficient organization wide processes and initiatives (e.g. Organizational change projects, Culture development, employee survey, Talking Talent sessions and OTR), aimed at building organizational capability
  • Propose Talent Management initiatives/actions based on OTR analysis and participate actively in their implementation
  • Build capability and readiness of the line management and P&O organization in change management skills, experience and expertise
  • Develop and deliver training and consulting on OD and TM techniques to P&O colleagues to improve the level of efficiency they provide to their clients
  • Manage the performance and talent development of direct reports and contribute to talent development of indirect reports -Manage various TMOD projects
