Main responsibilities:

  • Delivering the high level of customer satisfaction by identifying & hiring top talents in Russia
  • Execute all types of searching, recruiting and selecting of candidates for different departments and levels of positions
  • Liaising with the client on a day-to-day basis, consulting Hiring Managers on recruitment matter
  • Managing recruitment processes
  • Executing all types of interviews
  • Job boards and career portal update
  • Maintaining of candidates database
  • Working with recruitment document workflow
  • Working in ATS

Requirements:

  • High education
  • At least 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with Hiring Managers
  • Experience in recruitment for pharmaceutical sector
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
  • Customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
  • Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment process and of different recruitment tools and practices
  • Experience of candidate selection for different range of positions would be an advantage
  • Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
