Main responsibilities:
- Delivering the high level of customer satisfaction by identifying & hiring top talents in Russia
- Execute all types of searching, recruiting and selecting of candidates for different departments and levels of positions
- Liaising with the client on a day-to-day basis, consulting Hiring Managers on recruitment matter
- Managing recruitment processes
- Executing all types of interviews
- Job boards and career portal update
- Maintaining of candidates database
- Working with recruitment document workflow
- Working in ATS
Requirements:
- High education
- At least 2 years of experience in managing end-to-end recruitment processes and working with Hiring Managers
- Experience in recruitment for pharmaceutical sector
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build long-lasting relationships with candidates and clients
- Customer focus and the ability to manage senior stakeholders
- Strong knowledge and understanding of recruitment process and of different recruitment tools and practices
- Experience of candidate selection for different range of positions would be an advantage
- Very good command of English (both spoken and written)
