Global learning capability lead в Mondelez
- Responsible for bringing the 'outside-in' perspective for learning trends, helping shape MDLZ learning programs for the future.
- Develops frameworks and programs in support of prioritizing and building core capabilities to drive business performance.
- Delivers core learning offers in the areas of MDLZ leadership platform, People Management Foundations, Coaching Teams and facilitation skills
- Responsible for partnering with the BU’s to plan, drive and deliver the capability agenda based on needs assessment across the geography & relevant time-zone.
- Supports and engages the Movement Maker network within the organisation to ensure quality delivery of key programs
- Delivers Train the Trainer sessions to upskill volunteer facilitators from the business to enable them to effectively deliver core learning offers
- Engage & enrol key target audiences in driving saturation, measurement & impact of core capabilities > Facilitating learning culture within the BU’s
- Works in partnership with the Centre of Expertise, providing insights to support effective design and learning offer creation, continuous improvement as well as partnering on communications and engagement for existing learning platforms and programs.

Language requirements: Fluent in English and Russian5+ years of professional relevant experience in multinational environment
