Compensation and Benefits Manager в KIA Motors

Main responsibilities:

- Develop, review and Implement C&B Policies & Processes in line with RF legislation;

- Responsible for structured approach in job matching, grading and compensation scales;

- Development and administration of the benefits, including medical and life insurance well being programs

- Maintains and improves performance appraisal process, including bonus calculation

- Participation in salary surveys;

- Lead Annual salary review process (data consolidation, participate in rules development, provision of merit increases and market adjustment);

- Responsible for HR dashboard development and follow up on key HR metrics

- Prepares and controls HR salary budget file;

- Prepares presentation materials for management, including regular reporting and communications;

Requirements (skills, knowledge and experience):

  • Higher education
  • 5+ years strong experience with compensation, benefits and appraisal systems within developed international company
  • Good knowledge of job evaluation principles (Hay methodology preferred)
  • Advanced Excel skills
  • SAP and 1C experience
  • Strong analytical thinking
