Talent Acquisition Partner в IBM

As a TAP your responsibilities include:

  • Develop and build a candidate generation strategy which includes industry/competitive research and using sourcing technology to attract passive and active candidates
  • Manage candidates throughout all stages of the application and hiring process and ensure a signature candidate experience
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and business leaders to understand hiring forecasts and recruiting priorities and to fill hiring needs in a timely manner
  • Deliver comprehensive support and consultation to business hiring groups in full life cycle recruitment process. We influence and negotiate on behalf of our clients, manage end to end processes and manage expectations
  • Drive IBM’s Diversity & Inclusion agenda through talent acquisition activities by defining and executing diversity recruiting strategies to attract a diverse workforce to IBM, hiring talented people of varied backgrounds, experiences, and styles
  • Effectively leverage IBM’s employer branding content & social media tools in alignment with IBMs Social Media and Branding Strategy.
  • Meet/exceed key recruiting performance metrics
  • Measuring and tracking performance against headcount targets
  • Leveraging market data and insights in order to have empowered conversations & influence recruitment strategies
  • Assessing and analysing pipeline metrics and recruiting process(es) to identify areas of improvement and provide recommended actions
  • Full ownership and responsibility for ensuring compliance regarding candidates’ eligibility to work
  • Collaborate with & manage external agency providers & help to maintain working relationships across all parties
  • Work with wider IBM networks/colleagues including Finance, HR, Legal on projects & initiatives directly connected to TA activities

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Previous experience of end-end recruitment & stakeholder management (sourcing, nurturing, closing talent to stakeholder management and delivery) within a multinational organisation
  • Understanding of internet sourcing, Boolean, X-Ray, data mining, tangent sourcing and other innovative methods to find critical talent
  • Proven experience partnering and building productive relationships with clients, partners, and team members
  • Analytic skills with the ability to report on workflow and metrics
  • Innovative, creative and the ability to give constructive ideas that continue to push recruiting success
  • Must be able to manage conflicting priorities, while being extremely adaptable, agile and flexible
  • Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and manage multiple deadline-oriented projects is essential
  • Strong written and verbal communication, highly organised with a focus on delivering business results
  • Skilled in negotiation, judgment, decision-making and the ability to influence
  • Ability to work on own initiative, be proactive, self-motivated, driven, go-getter mentality and able to work with ambiguity

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

  • Prior experience in a technical organisation or technical based recruitment (Development, Architecture, Engineers, Data Science, Support)
  • Successful track record of direct sourcing/hiring top-tier, hard to find, talent
  • Expertise in Recruiter, Talent Insights and associated Talent Solutions tools
