To join us we would like you to have:
- finished higher education;
- English - not less than upper-intermediate level;
- not less than 2-4 years of working experience as a Recruiter - in-house or in a recruitment agency;
- being very proficient in your recruitment domain (IT or industrial engineering);
- knowledge of all recruitment tools and successful experience working with them;
- attentiveness and proactive approach, active life style are a must;
- experience in IT recruitment or willingness to switch to IT domain (training and support will be provided).
This position will be suitable for a proficient and efficient recruiter who knows the job very well, understands its purpose and is driven by it, loves working with challenging projects and is not accepting less than success.
Main tasks include:
- Local and international recruitment of IT top professionals (programming and research); all other details will be provided during an interview.
