Responsibilities:

Talent Acquisition:

360 Recruitment. Partnering with hiring managers on requirements, to engaging candidates, and ultimately negotiating offers.
Manage multiple job vacancies across different seniority levels
Must have experience sourcing and pitching to candidates for highly skilled tech and commercial roles from various sources such as LinkedIn, local job boards, social media, etc.
Schedule and coordinate candidate phone screens and onsite interviews with hiring managers in various regions
Maintain candidate pipeline, job descriptions, and reports in the applicant tracking system
Close candidates and create offers/contracts.

HR:

Lead employee engagement in various global locations. Ensure employees are well connected with the larger team through events, celebrations, gifts, and strategic initiatives
HR Systems: Maintain personnel records, and update company HRIS- Workday
Partner with managers to continuously develop their employees.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience in recruitment at a digital tech company (advantage: Fintech, or telco)
2+ years of experience in an HR role
Strong problem solving skills, multi-tasking and a sense of urgency are required
Flexible self- starter and resourceful. Ability to contribute and thrive in a high-paced work environment.
Willingness to work independently, prioritize responsibilities, and manage time efficiently
MUST have experience with: managing end to end recruitment, using an applicant tracking system, and HRIS (preferred: Workday), and Linkedin
MUST be willing to be flexible with working across time zones in US, Europe, CIS, and APAC
Tact and diplomacy for dealing with internal associates at all levels as well as external vendors
Excellent verbal and written communication
Strong proficiency in MS Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
Must be fluent in English and Russian
