Culture & Engagement Manager в Danone

In this role you will:

• Lead or contribute to employee engagement events aimed at inspiring employees around Danone mission, objectives, uniqueness;
• Coordinate surveys across CIS, providing roadmap and managing it as a holistic project to ensure synergy of approach and leaving freedom for local roll-out specifics;
• Coordinate HR communication to ensure proper priorities across department, minimize overlapping, excessive communication;
• Be a single point of contact for Internal communication team;
• Be a "buddy" for surfers in the company to help comfortize their integration to the company, provide feedback from surfer community to relevant HR departments;
• Be a part of other projects aimed at building culture, internal mood and employee mindset.
