Main Responsibilities:

  • Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
  • Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
  • Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
  • Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
  • Coordinate recruitment and adaptation processes.
  • Provide HR policy guidance.
  • Monitor and report on workforce.
  • Lead performance management, talent management and succession planning.
  • Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
  • Participate in evaluation of training programs.
  • Suggest new HR strategies.

Required job experience, knowledge and skills:

  • University Degree.
  • Minimum 3 years of previous experience in various HR areas (at the role of HR BP or HR Generalist).
  • Knowledge of RF Labor Law.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Coaching, facilitation skills.
  • Time management and multitasking.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office, 1C (8.3), WorkDay as an advantage.
  • English language – upper intermediate level.
