HR Business Partner в Zeppelin Group
Main Responsibilities:
- Consult with line management and provide daily HR guidance.
- Analyze trends and metrics with the HR department.
- Resolve complex employee relations issues and address grievances.
- Work closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention.
- Coordinate recruitment and adaptation processes.
- Provide HR policy guidance.
- Monitor and report on workforce.
- Lead performance management, talent management and succession planning.
- Identify training needs for teams and individuals.
- Participate in evaluation of training programs.
- Suggest new HR strategies.
Required job experience, knowledge and skills:
- University Degree.
- Minimum 3 years of previous experience in various HR areas (at the role of HR BP or HR Generalist).
- Knowledge of RF Labor Law.
- Good communication skills.
- Coaching, facilitation skills.
- Time management and multitasking.
- Good knowledge of MS Office, 1C (8.3), WorkDay as an advantage.
- English language – upper intermediate level.
