Main responsibilities:
- Searches and selects employees by the requests of business;
- Provides solutions in sourcing of candidates for different positions;
- Advertises the vacant positions using relevant communication channels, duly updates the publications;
- Secures that the applicants have been provided the right communication;
- Secures the required proficiency level of the hired candidates as well as their match to values;
- Implements HR projects.
Qualifications
Main requirements:
- University degree;
- Experience in recruitment from 5 years;
- Completed higher education (HR or social sciences or similar);
- Fluent command of both Russian and English;
- Advanced communication and negotiation skills;
- Strong analytical skills;
- Excellent time management skills, ability to be multitasking;
- Good leadership skills;
- Team player;
- Positive attitude.
