Main responsibilities:

  • Searches and selects employees by the requests of business;
  • Provides solutions in sourcing of candidates for different positions;
  • Advertises the vacant positions using relevant communication channels, duly updates the publications;
  • Secures that the applicants have been provided the right communication;
  • Secures the required proficiency level of the hired candidates as well as their match to values;
  • Implements HR projects.


Main requirements:

  • University degree;
  • Experience in recruitment from 5 years;
  • Completed higher education (HR or social sciences or similar);
  • Fluent command of both Russian and English;
  • Advanced communication and negotiation skills;
  • Strong analytical skills;
  • Excellent time management skills, ability to be multitasking;
  • Good leadership skills;
  • Team player;
  • Positive attitude.
