Talent Management Executive в Philip Morris International

Responsibilities:

Lead Talent Management processes in Russia, aligned with PMI latest methods and processes, while focusing on the pan Russia priorities.
Ensure both processes, Talent Review and MAP Calibration are implemented with high quality, timely and in a structured way on pan-Russia level.
Communicate with PMI global teams (regional P&C, Talent Management streams, P&C center in Krakow) to gain the specific knowledge and to provide with required outcomes from RU market.
Organize proper cascading of Talent Review and MAP process to local P&C, including trainings, refreshment materials, manuals, annual system /process updates (including Success Factors system).
Run international assignments program (Short Team Assignments Host/Home).
Support Learning & Development team with TM and MAP related trainings and programs.
Process New Hires Onboarding / Employees’ Reintegration / Voluntary Exit processes.
Participate in Inclusion & Diversity agenda on Project base.
Prepare TM related HR-analytics: data collection, analytics, dashboards preparation.
Ensure high confidentiality of all data received and processed in order to comply with PMI Policies and Procedures.

Requirements:

Experience & Qualification:

2+ years of experience in PMI Affiliates
Proven analytical skills and ability to work with massive data
Project management skills: collaboration, communication, scheduling, negotiation, critical thinking, task management, quality management, stakeholders management
Good knowledge of MS Office - MS Excel, MS PowerPoint
English – Intermediate
