In this role you will:

Contribute to managers’ development through a strong focus on leadership capabilities, ensure the delivery or evolution of the L&M learning programs, in line with the vision & priorities of the CBUs/functions, as well as Group Danone learning strategies.
Drive learning innovation by being connected to international learning tendencies: networking and conferences, benchmarking.
Work closely with Regional and Corporate teams to design and update relevant learning programs.
Act as project manager in collaboration with functional experts to develop pedagogical scenarios & tools.
Develop and animate internal trainer community.
Support in identifying collective learning needs with Functional Learning Managers.
Manage suppliers & long-term relationships with external providers; learning cost optimization at cluster level.

You have Higher education.
You have 3 years + Learning manager experience with a proven track record.
You have high level of expertise in learning, experience with blended solutions, solid experience in full training cycle: Design, Delivery, Evaluation.
You have an ability to understand business-driven needs and their link to strategic business objectives.
You have an excellent influencing and stakeholder management skills.
You have an excellent verbal and written communication skills, fluency in English.
