Role Responsibilities:
Talent Management Framework
- Support the deployment of Talent Management Framework for the organization which will help in identifying key talent & developing succession pipeline in order to contribute to the strategic agenda of the Talent Management and Translate Organizational Talent Strategy into planning, governance framework and policy formulation
Talent Processes
- Serve as the Talent Management process owner for all levels in the assigned business to
- Ensure seamless adherence of processes & systems during the TMB rollout across organization
- Directly anchor the talent process for senior management group for the assigned BU/geo
- Drive management Promotions process, 360 degree feedback (where applicable)
- Executive coaching and job rotation/new assignments
- Track the progress of critical talent development
- Develop and implement YLP in order to build a strong leadership pipeline for the company for the achievement of long term business goals. Execution of Talent to value
Succession Planning
- Based on the talent analysis and assessment, identify critical roles and map the existing talent against these roles
- Track the progress of critical talent
- Partner with the talent lead to continuously revisit our readiness with the slate of candidates available for critical roles
- Work with business leaders to frame the development plans (for senior leaders ) and execute the same for the identified talent in order to take the next level roles
- In order to build a strong leadership pipeline for the company for the achievement of its strategic objectives
Talent Analysis
- Collate the talent data across BU, analyses & interpret the same in terms of common themes
- Work with internal and external stakeholders to develop relevant interventions based on the themes
- Monitor & seek feedback from the leadership team on the effectiveness of the interventions in order to ensure identification of the talent & the progress of the critical talent on an ongoing basis
- Talent revue
Process Improvements & Technology
- Develop and upgrade talent processes and standards in order to ensure development of best in class talent capabilities in the organization
Educations & Experience:
- Post-graduation / M.B.A with specialization in Human Resources or Management
- 3-5 years of experience
- English - Upper-Intermediate & Above Strongly
Operating Internal Network:
- CHRO
- EM Head of HR
- HR Leadership Team (HRBP, talent development lead)
- HR facilitators across the organization
- MC Members
- Function Heads
- Line Managers BU
Operating External Network:
- Potential Assessment Companies
- Business schools (domestic & international)
- Education partners & associations (HR & learning)
- Vendors
Knowledge:
- Good understanding of Talent Development area, any industry
- Business overview and Operations
- Domain depth within Talent Management & organizational development
- Understanding of industry best practices
Behavioral Skills:
- Strong communicator, Highly Energetic with ability to Influence & Persuade others
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- High level of proficiency in networking & connecting internally and externally.
- Ability to work closely with Business Leaders
- Growth Mind-set
