Why You Should Drink Strawberry Smoothie?
Strawberry smoothies is a sweet and cold drink. Strawberries are a good source of vitamin C, manganese, folate and potassium, as well as several other vitamins and minerals. The smoothie can guarantee body health.
Ingredients
- 12 strawberries
- 1 cup of ice
- 1/2 cup of yogurt
- 1/2 cup of vanilla ice cream (optional)
- 1/2 cup of milk
- 1/2 cup of orange juice
Instructions
Step 1
Pour orange juice into the blender.
Step 2
Add the strawberries. You can use either fresh or frozen strawberries. If using frozen strawberries, you may not need as much ice.
Step 3
Add yogurt. Yogurt will give creaminess to your smoothie. Add ice, If you use frozen strawberry you don’t need to pour ice in blender.
Step 4
Blend for about 5 seconds, pause, then blend again. Repeat until mixed. Adding milk at the end keeps it from mixing directly with the orange juice.
Blend until smooth!
Notes
You can use fat-free milk, 2% milk, or give your smoothie an extra creaminess by adding whole milk.
