Q: Demo mode, what is it?

A: It is a mode that allows you to connect API from the demo account of the exchange, which allows you to safely test new strategies without risking real funds. If you use demo api keys, do not forget to request a test balance from the exchange

Q: Is it a paid service?

A: Yes, the cost of bot services is 25% of plus trades or 23% if you are our referral on ByBit exchange. If the bot is connected to the demo mode, then of course the payment is not charged.

Q: How do I pay the commission for using the bot?

A: The balance replenishment for payment of the commission is made through the TG Crypto Resources bot in the Profile tab under the Deposit button.

Q: Can I run more than one bot?

A: Yes, you can run more than one program.

Also, each algo bot will require a separate subaccount on the exchange and a separate individual management bot created via @botfather.

Q: Can I trade manually in the same sub-account?

A: You can, but only short, or better yet, refrain from hand trading in the same sub-account. The bot calculates your current funds to place positions, and constant interference may cause it to work incorrectly.

Q: I have an error ErrCode 400:

A: This error means that the time on your PC has a discrepancy with the time on the exchange and synchronization is required. To do this, in the lower right corner of the screen right click on the time, select set date and time, in the window that opens click synchronize, so check whether the time setting is enabled automatically. Q: Why didn't the bot average down when the percentage deviation from the entry point matched?

A: The percentage deviation from the entry point is not an immediate trigger for averaging down! It's just one of the criteria. We always try to average down during a pullback. If the setup for averaging down is not formed, the bot will wait for it to form across different timeframes.

Q: Do you have a referral program?

A: Of course! Common user errors:

▪️ The save settings button was not pressed when changing settings.

▪️ Start the same bot on the server and PC. If the bot is running on the server and you decide to run it on PC, the bot must be stopped on the server. (instructions on how to stop the bot on the server)

▪️ After changing the API key, a server restart is required if your bot is installed on the server

▪️ If you decide to manually intervene in the bot's trading and close losing trades, please note that the averaging counter may be reset. To switch to "manual" trading mode for a specific asset, please first add it to the blacklist. In this case, the bot will not interfere with the trading.
