In this article you can learn how to properly use our bot to create successful exchange requests in XV1 Exchange!

To start, you will be greeted by a bot and you will be able to see what services we provide, as well as familiarize yourself with our Rules so that the exchange transaction will be done correctly and safely.

What steps do you need to take in our bot for a successful exchange❓

Step 1: Choose the language that suits you.

Step 2: Familiarize yourself with all the information available in the "🚨 Info" section, such as "AML Policy," "Security Guarantees," and others. This is an IMPORTANT step before initiating any cooperation with us!

Step 3: You will be presented with two options: "Money Transfer" or "Cryptocurrency Exchange." Choose the one that suits You.

Next, we will consider two types of our services:

1) Currency replacement

How does currency replacement work❓ For example: You have a certain amount of money in your country, but you want to receive it in another country. We offer currency replacement for such operations! You send the money from your bank account in your country ➡️ and receive it in a bank account in another country.

What actions do you need to take to request such a service in our bot? ⬇️

Step 1: Choose the currency you want to send. For example: USD

Step 2: Select the exchange amount.

Step 3: Choose the currency you want to receive. For example: PLN

Step 4: After that, a request will be created for You to contact a manager, along with a unique request ID.

2) Cryptocurrency Exchange

We also provide cryptocurrency exchange services. We exchange any cryptocurrency you need. For example: BTC

What actions do you need to take to request such a service in our bot? ⬇️

Step 1: Choose the option: Buy/Sell.

Step 2: Select the cryptocurrency you want to buy/sell. For example: ETH

Step 3: Choose the payment currency. For example: EUR

Step 4: Write the amount in "EUR" currency that you want to exchange.

Step 5: After that, a request will be created for You to contact a manager, along with a unique request ID.
