Tasks Editing

You can edit Tasks created by yourself or your colleagues.

All fields in a task, including the «Author» field, can only be modified by the task’s Author or the Administrator of the project where the task resides.

Task assignees can edit the task’s text and set or update the date/repeat schedule.

Project participants who are not set as assignees can only view the task without making any changes.

How to Edit a Task:

  • Navigate to the «Inbox» folder or the relevant group project folder.
  • Select the task you want to edit.
  • Make the necessary changes, attach any files, and click «Save» to confirm.
  • Use the «Back» button to cancel any unsaved changes.

  • Assignees who are part of both the original and new project will be retained as task assignees.
  • Assignees that are not members of the new project will be removed from the task.

Additionally when a task is moved to a new project it is assigned a new number, consisting of the identifier of the new project and a new sequential number within the destination project.

Assignees who are not involved in the new project are removed
